Race Prep Workshop

Join us on Monday June 8th at 6:15pm at 125 John Roberts Road Unit 16 South Portland (inside of Momentum Performance and Wellness) for a Race Prep workshop to help you feel confident going into race day! This workshop will be lead by Meghan of Stride Mental Performance. The workshop will be about 1 hour. Spots are limited!

In this workshop you can expect to learn the following:

  • Shift focus from outcomes and expectations to your personal purpose for racing

  • Work to navigate the "inner noise" so you can stop fighting unhelpful thoughts 

  • Discover ways to acknowledge and manage race-day discomfort to stay present and focused

Price: Non-Members: $15, Members: $10 (with emailed code).

About Meghan: As a Mental Performance Consultant, her role is to support and guide you through your experiences using an evidence-based framework that emphasizes values-guided action, a process-oriented mindset, and intentional preparation and reflection to enhance performance and well-being.
