Join Registered Dietitian Alexis Jones of Alexis Jones Nutrition for a discussion where you will

  • Learn how to fuel for optimal triathlon performance

  • Discover how nutrition impacts the body during endurance exercise

  • Learn the most effective foods and hydration strategies for race day and how to optimize recovery

You will walk away with practical, evidence-based fueling strategies you can apply to at your tri. Alexis will also be sharing with us an easy to make fueling snack!
