Join us for a weekly coached run where all levels of ability are welcome! Each session will have a specific focus to help you get stronger, faster, and build endurance. Workouts will rotate through hill repeats, intervals, or tempo runs.
Sessions meet for 12 sessions on the following dates 4/13, 4/21 (OPTIONAL), 4/28, 5/5, 5/12, 5/19, 5/26, 6/2, 6/9, 6/16, 6/23, 6/30, 7/7 (TUESDAY) meeting at the park and ride on Marginal Way (across from Skowhegan Bank).
NOTE: There will be a walk/run group and a run group and workouts can be adjusted to meet you where you’re at.
