Run Training (Portland) | Tuesdays at 6PM

Join us for a weekly coached run where all levels of ability are welcome! Each session will have a specific focus to help you get stronger, faster, and build endurance. Workouts will rotate through hill repeats, intervals, or tempo runs. 

Weekly run sessions will be held on TUESDAYS at 6pm for 13 sessions on the following dates: 4/14, 4/21 (run group will still be held during vacation week), 4/28, 5/5, 5/12, 5/19, 5/26, 6/2, 6/9, 6/16, 6/23, 6/30, 7/7 meeting at the park and ride on Marginal Way (across from Skowhegan Bank).

NOTE: There will be a walk/run group and a run group and workouts can be adjusted to meet you where you’re at.
