This option is for those who want to participate in all three disciplines and has the discount included.

Run:

  • Join us for a weekly coached run where all levels of ability are welcome! Each session will have a specific focus to help you get stronger, faster, and build endurance. Workouts will rotate through hill repeats, intervals, or tempo runs. 

  • Sessions meet for 12 sessions on the following dates 4/13, 4/21 (OPTIONAL), 4/28, 5/5, 5/12, 5/19, 5/26, 6/2, 6/9, 6/16, 6/23, 6/30, 7/7(TUESDAY) meeting at the park and ride on Marginal Way (across from Skowhegan Bank).

  • NOTE: There will be a walk/run group and a run group and workouts can be adjusted to meet you where you’re at. 

Bike:

  • Join us for a coach led weekly group outdoor ride to prepare you for your next triathlon or bike race. There will be assistant coaches to ensure everyone’s safety. We'll do our best to have 2 different pace groups to best accommodate all different levels of ability. Your bike can be a mountain bike (preferable with road tires), hybrid, or road bike. Each ride will have a different focus such as riding safety, shifting gears, hill climbs, and endurance rides.

  • Weekly bike sessions will be held on Saturdays at 8am on the following dates (Bike sessions will be for 12 sessions on: 4/18, 4/25 (OPTIONAL during vacation week), 5/2, 5/9, 5/15, 5/20 (WEDNESDAY due to memorial day), 5/30, 6/6, 6/13, 6/20, 7/1 (WEDNESDAY due to 4th of July), 7/9 (THURSDAY final ride and potluck) with rotating locations in Greater Portland that will be sent out at the beginning of the season.

  • NOTE: Helmets are required. No headphones during group rides. Bike safety is of utmost importance. We strongly encourage having your bike tuned up prior to the season to make sure everything is working properly.
