In this workshop you can expect to learn the following:
Differentiate types of goals: Define and align Outcome, Performance, and Process goals
Establish process-focused actions: Shift focus toward controllable steps and habits that contribute to goal achievement
Identify and prepare for obstacles: Pinpoint primary barriers to achieving goals and outline concrete plan to navigate
