Strength Classes in Southern Maine

Starting Line PT and Fitness Hub

Starting Line offers group strength classes geared towards runners and triathletes that incorporates full body strengthening. Each session focuses on functional strength, mobility, balance, plyometrics, and injury prevention. Classes are offered Tuesday and Thursday AM and PM with the PM classes being a Women Only class. Starting Line also created a 12-week online strength program that was designed to fit into your run or tri training. Run Stronger is an easy, efficient, and effective way to make strength training sustainable.
