Starting Line PT and Performance
Starting Line offers performance training sessions that can be 1-on-1 or up to 4 people in a group if you have friends you would like to train with! Each session focuses on functional strength, mobility, balance, plyometrics, and injury prevention. Starting Line also created a 12-week online strength program that was designed to fit into your run or tri training. Run Stronger is an easy, efficient, and effective way to make strength training sustainable.
