Starting Line Maine

Starting Line offers group strength classes geared towards runners and triathletes that incorporates full body strengthening. Each session focuses on functional strength, mobility, balance, plyometrics, and injury prevention. Classes are offered Tuesday and Thursday AM and PM with the PM classes being a Women Only class.
