Workout with sheJAMs

NOTE FOR TRIATHLON GROUP TRAINING

Our in-person training sessions will run from April 12th- July 9th 2026 (with the week of 4/20 being OFF for swim and optional for bike and run due to school break). There will be some other day swaps due to pool schedules or holidays. If you plan on joining our in person swim program (pool and open water) then you will select your pool location FIRST. If you ONLY want to do open water swim then you will select open water swim FIRST.

From there you will have the option to add on run only, Swim/Bike Training Bundle, OR Tri Training Bundle. For those participating in either Training Bundle, the discounted rate is already applied to the pricing. If you DO NOT want to join for swimming at all then you can skip that step and select run only, bike only, or add both to your cart. ALL participants will be provided a 13-week training program that includes additional swim, bike, and run workouts aside from the in person coached sessions to provide a thorough training program to follow. You will have the option to choose a sprint or olympic distance training program based on your goals. It will also include easy to follow strength workouts with videos provided that can be done at home that will complement your triathlon training.

**Note: SheJAMs members can apply their code at checkout for 10% off. If you are not a member and want to join, then you would select membership FIRST and within 24-48 hours you will receive your sheJAMs code for discounted training programs.
